REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASING (documents to be sent to our agency)

ALL STAYS IN OUR RESIDENCES AND APARTMENTS MUST BE, AS A MINIMUM:
From February to July 15th/31st.
From August 1st to December 31st.

EXCHANGE STUDENTS OR INTERNS
• Passport
• Acceptance letter of your Chilean University / Invitation letter of your internship
• Flight ticket to/from Santiago - Chile (to verify your date and time of your arrival in Santiago city, as well as your departure date in order to prepare your lease contract; this info is also important to coordinate your arrival to the accommodation)
• Registration form with your personal information (a Word document that we send to your email)
• To book, we request a payment of the 100% of the guarantee deposit for the room + 100% of our agency fee
• The money for the reservation must be transferred to the agency director through the Wise.com or Revolut.com platforms
• The simple lease contract has to be signed in person when you move into the residence or apartment (with exceptions to be informed by email)

EXCHANGE STUDENTS / INTERNS / YOUNG INVESTIGATORS / YOUNG PROFESSIONALS
• Passport
• Scolarship or parental salary records (students or interns)
• Foreigners working in Chile: submit employment contract or acceptance letter of your Chilean University or invitation letter of your internship
• Student or tourist visa
• Registration form with your personal information (a Word document that we send to your email)
• Flight ticket to/from Santiago - Chile (to verify your date and time of your arrival in Santiago city, as well as your departure date in order to prepare your leasing contract; this info is also important to coordinate your arrival to the accommodation)
• To book in advance we request a payment of the 100% of the guarantee deposit for the apartment + 100% of our agency fee
• The money for the reservation must be transferred to the agency director through the Wise.com or Revolut.com platforms.
• A notarial contract has to be signed
