PAYMENT PROCEDURES & AGENCY'S FEE FOR PRIVATE FURNISHED APARTMENTS

SERVICE CHARGES AND RENTALS
What is this fee?
Our agency charges a fee for its services to help you find a room or apartment for rental in Chile. This fee is charged to cover the agency operating expenses. Its amount is independent on the rental price.

When is the fee charged?
This fee must be paid only once and no later than the time when the housing is rented. To secure the housing reservation it is preferable that you send this fee in advance by using either of the two methods outlined below. No fee is charged if you decide to change lodging.

METHOD OF PAYMENT OF THE FEE
To secure your reservation you may send the amount corresponding to the agency fee + the guarantte deposit of your room by means of either of the method.

OPTION 1: WISE.COM www.wise.com addressed to the Directress of Housing in Chile (please request details via e-mail).
OPTION 2:
REVOLUT.COM www.revolut.com addressed to the Directress of Housing in Chile (please request details via e-mail).
OPTION 3:
WESTERN UNION www.westernunion.com addressed to the Directress of Housing in Chile (please request details via e-mail).
OPTION 4: Electronic transfer in USD to our international bank account.

We will acknowledge the reception of these funds via e-mail sending a receipt (PDF file) as well as we will give you all the accommodation details as housekeeper's name, address and phone number, directions on how to get the place from the Santiago airport, etc.

If you do not wish to pay the fee in advance, we will not be able to secure the reservation of your preferred lodging.

PAYMENT OF THE MONTHLY RENTAL
The monthly rental must be paid directly to the host (housekeeper) of each accommodation. Our agency will not receive them, it however, monitors visitor satisfaction with their accommodation and it also coordinates departures and reutilization of lodgings by new visitors.
The monthly rentals must be paid in CHILEAN PESOS in cash or by a mone transfer using international platforms like wise.com or revolut.com. No foreign bank checks, traveler checks, foreign currency cash, nor credit cards are acceptable for now.
The official values are those expressed in CHILEAN PESOS (CLP).

GUARANTEEE AND LEASE CONTRACT
To rent a furnished apartment it is necessary to pay a guarantee equivalent to a ONE monthly rental, which will be give you back at the end of the period and after to check whether all the bills have been paid in time and the apartment's stuff is according to the inventory signed together with the CONTRACT.
Regarding to the CONTRACT, this will be signed between the apartment's owner and the passenger on arrival. Passengers have to provide two photocopies of their passports.

IN CASE OF MOVING OUT FROM THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE END OF YOUR LEASE CONTRACT
in case of cancellation of the reservation and accommodation, all money amounts already paid to ous are not refundable under any circumstances to the customer, being retained by the housing's owner as a compensation. By other hand, the agency fees are not refundable either, since it is understood that our service and the reservation procedure, have already been executed.

REGARDING THE LENGTH OF STAY
It is important that you define the total length of your stay when you make your reservation at our agency, since that will help us to determine when that apartment will become available for another visitor.
The minimum of your stay has to be FIVE MOTHS from February-March 1st to July 31st, or from August 1st to December 31st.
